Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Establish and maintain a production oriented, focused IT function that supports ongoing operations that drive efficiency, quality and growth.
  • Provide hardware, software, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning and support to site offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units.
  • Serves as the IT point of contact and accountable for the IT portion of new office setups, office expansions, etc. This includes relocation and/or installation of voice/data communications solutions, LAN and PC equipment.

  • Negotiate and approve technology vendor, outsourcing, and consultant contracts and service agreements. Responsible for procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (includes PCs, peripherals, servers, networking equipment, operating systems and other software).

  • Determine the rationale and innovative troubleshooting methods for upgrading company network and software programmes each time an update is released.
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes and deliverables for major IT projects.

  • Developing standard operating procedures allied to best practice, and ensuring written protocols and guidelines are provided for IT staff and all end-users.
